Carol is a pioneering Instructor with Upledger Institute International and a global leader in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) education. Personally invited by Dr. John Upledger to develop specialized programs for conception, pregnancy, and birth, Carol has spent over four decades advancing holistic health, body therapy, and conscious birth practices worldwide.
Her compassionate teaching and healing work—spanning five continents—have touched families, practitioners, and medical professionals alike. At the heart of Carol’s mission is a simple truth: peaceful beginnings create a more peaceful world.
